How can I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment here or call us at 630-277-9018.
What is your cancellation & no-show policy?
Our goal is to provide hassle free and convenient health care. If something comes up, please let us know and we are happy to reschedule appointments. There is a $50 penalty for follow up appointments and a $100 fee for new patients for no shows or any visits not canceled within 24 hours.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept Medicare and most commercial insurance plans as well as some HMO’s.
What if I need a refill?
Please contact your pharmacy to send an electronic refill request.
